  • Spinach and Fetta puff pastries

    Cooking Instructions

    *Suitable for Vegetarians


    1 packet puff pastry sheet Avgoustinos
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 pot of fetta
    150gr fresh spinach leaves
    100rg mature cheddar, grated
    Grated nutmeg
    1 egg
    Black pepper


    1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

    2. Place chopped onion, fetta and grated cheese in bowl and mix well. Add spinach leaves.

    3. Once mixed, add some grated nutmeg and season with black pepper.

    4. Divide the mince mixture between the pastry sheets, placing it along one edge, and roll to enclose. Cut in half and place, seam-side down, on large baking trays lined with non-stick baking paper. Lightly whisk the egg and brush the rolls.

    5. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until puffed up and golden.
